How to Set Up IPTV Smarters Pro (Firestick & Android)
IPTV Smarters Pro is the most widely used app for accessing an IPTV subscription, with a proper programme guide, catch-up support, and a clean interface. Here's exactly how to install it and log in on Firestick and Android — same steps apply to most Android-based boxes.
What You'll Need First
Your Tivistation/DublinCasts login credentials (either an M3U playlist URL, or a username/password + server URL for Xtream Codes login) — sent to you by WhatsApp or email after subscribing. Have this open on your phone before you start.
Installing on Firestick
Step 1: From the Fire TV home screen, go to Find > Search, and type "IPTV Smarters Pro."
Step 2: Select the app from the results and choose Download (some Firestick models show this as Get).
Step 3: Once installed, select Open.
Step 4: On first launch, choose Login with Xtream Codes API if you were given a username/password/server URL, or Load your playlist or file / URL (M3U) if you were given a single playlist link.
Step 5: Enter your credentials exactly as sent — server URL, username, and password (or the full M3U URL), then select Add User.
Step 6: Give the app a moment to load your channel list, then you're in. Use the on-screen menu to browse Live, Movies, and Series categories.
Installing on Android (Phone, Tablet, or Android Box)
Step 1: Open the Google Play Store and search "IPTV Smarters Pro."
Step 2: Tap Install.
Step 3: Open the app once installed.
Step 4: Choose Login with Xtream Codes API or Load your playlist or file / URL (M3U), matching the credential type you received.
Step 5: Enter your details and tap Add User.
Step 6: Your channel list will load automatically — no further configuration needed.
Setting Up the Programme Guide (EPG)
If the guide doesn't populate automatically after your channel list loads, go to Settings > EPG Source inside the app and confirm the EPG URL matches the one sent with your credentials, then restart the app.
Troubleshooting
Channels not loading: double-check the server URL, username, and password were entered with no extra spaces, then force-close and reopen the app.
Buffering during peak hours: switch to a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection if possible, or connect via Ethernet on devices that support it.
App won't install on Firestick: confirm "Apps from Unknown Sources" isn't blocking the Amazon Appstore listing — this is rarely an issue for Smarters Pro since it's listed directly, but worth checking on older Fire TV software versions.
